It was a dream having both Amanda & Kaman from the Soiree Baes as our day of coordinators for our wedding this past August at Sparrow Lane. They truly went above and beyond for not only us, but our bridal parties, our families and our guests. They added little thoughtful touches to our day that I didn’t even think of, such as bug spraying guests as they arrived at the venue and staying late to ensure takedown was finalized. I mentioned in passing that I should have gotten a videographer because I really wanted our vows documented. Kaman made a note of this and made sure they were captured (I could cry over this cause they are seriously the best). Talk about going above and beyond. Leading up they were constantly in touch on timelines, would provide good suggestions and would often offer to source last minute items.

It’s one thing to have a good vendor but Amanda and Kaman felt like friends from the very beginning. They treat your day like their own and give you the detail your wedding day deserves. If you are looking for a planning service, these two are your gals. They gave us the room to relax while they managed the behind the scenes. They are reasonably priced and it was such an honour having them be part of our special day!

What happens at an initial consult?

It’s a great opportunity to meet face to face (virtually or in person) to see who you are dealing with and to see if we work well together. We want to get to know you, hear how your planning is going and what you might need help with. From here we build out your custom quote for services based on your budget and needs.

How soon can you support me with wedding coordination?

One of our popular services that we offer is day-of-coordination. We help you with any questions and building timelines straight away and any ad-hoc tasks. However, we are there to support you FULLY with full vendor hand over at two-months out from your special day!

Will you travel?

Absolutely! We are happy to support you wherever you are. Something to keep in mind is that there will be associated fees with travel added on to the package you select.
